The Phantom Lady by William Irish

I just finished this book and I thought it was really good. It was full of suspense, and as I said in my review of it on Amazon, it had me guessing all the way up until the last page. The mystery genre is one of my favorites, so I am really glad I got a chance to read this book. Scott Henderson is charged with the murder of his wife and is on death row, waiting to be executed. On the night of her murder, Henderson was actually with someone; a woman wearing an orange hat shaped like a pumpkin. He doesn’t know her name, where she lives, or anything and this information could be the one thing that saves him. When I finished this book, I was surprised at some of the things that were revealed…I just didn’t see them coming. If you like mysteries, this one is a gem!
